- A degree or post graduate qualification in human resources management or relevant field and/or equivalent extensive experience in senior human resource management.
- Proven extensive experience in managing human resources at a senior level, including a track record of internal consultancy, change management, employee/industrial relations, staff development and management.
- Demonstrated well-developed and high level verbal, written communication and presentation skills with ability to influence outcomes.
- Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills, with the capacity to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders using a customer focused approach
- Demonstrated capacity to manage several complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience, knowledge and skills in effectively managing workers compensation and injury management
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a diverse HR Team.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing complex information and data, and applying this to improve outcomes or processes.
