Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in leading or supervising staff including workload allocation, rostering and maintenance of rosters.
- Demonstrated skills in problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting internal audits to evaluate staff compliance with policies.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing and maintaining excellent customer service with demonstrated experience with service improvement and/innovation.
- Working knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems such as payroll and rostering systems and Microsoft Office with a high level of accuracy in data input.
