Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety And Infection Control requirements.
- Significant experience with training of Employees in cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment and the ability to establish an effective system of training of equipment used to reduce manual Handling injuries.
- Highly developed computer skills including the use of Microsoft office applications.
- Well-developed communication skills, including verbal, written communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to provide continuous improvement, outstanding customer service and a positive workplace culture and lead a cohesive and effective work team.
- Experience in supervising cleaning or support staff within a hospital or similar environment.
