Healthy Lifestyle Manager

• Hold qualifications or have equivalent experience in Health and proven experience in health education/ wellness program coordination.
• Proven record of achievement in change management, continuous improvement planning and customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of business cases, enhancement proposals, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Extensive experience in leading, motivating and performance managing a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously within a team context. Ability to work independently but with direction from and accountability to a senior manager.
• Proven high proficiency and demonstrated experience in using PC based software including advanced level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), desktop publishing, as well as demonstrated ability to engage with new technology and social media.
• Demonstrated high-level communication skills. Includes interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, competency in conflict resolution and empathetic customer complaint management.
• Experience in effective liaison at all organisational levels and with range of stakeholders, partners and consumers.
