Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in education (preferred Physical education), social science, health or related field.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion initiatives (particularly relating to healthy weight, overweight and obesity).
- Experience working in or with school communities, particularly diverse communities.
- Understanding of evidence-based health promotion.
- Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with other staff and government, non-government and community organisations .
- Effective organisational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated high-level oral, written and computer skills.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
