Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service approach
2. Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
3. Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, utilising initiative and problem solving skills
4. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment, including the ability to remain flexible in a 24 / 7 rotating roster
5. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems, including the any hospital based information systems (e.g iPM and eMR)
6. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
