Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues an an ability to work within an acute mental health setting.
- Commitment to interact with patients and facilitate unit activities.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties and tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Good written/verbal skills and sound computer and keyboard skills
- Current Class 1 C NSW drivers licence (unrestricted) and Current 1 A Security licence.
- Demonstrated experience in the security and or health industry and knowledge of duress alarm systems
- Sound knowledge of WH&S issues and understanding of the requirement for strict confidentiality.
