Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service
- Experience in responding to a range of customer enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
- Proven to work as part of a team in a busy environment
- Organisational skills and ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work a 24 hours, 7 day a week rotating roster
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook as well as other PC based programs
