Selection criteria
- Possesses registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR).
- Preferred applicants with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency, alternatively have an Australian working visa.
- Basic clinical knowledge in Angiography/Interventional Radiology demonstrated through successful clinical practice in an environment appropriate to the requirements of the position.
- High level interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and supervision of more junior trainees and medical students, and familiarity with research concepts and commitment to support clinical research within the Department.
- Experience and involvement in quality assurance activities and evidence based best practice.
- Demonstrates the skills and attitudes appropriate for practice as a Senior Practitioner.
