Fit Tester Respiratory Protection Program (RPP)

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. At least 2 years recent clinical, Work Health & Safety experience or equivalent transferable skills and experience at a level where use of initiative and minimal supervision can be demonstrated.
3. Completed fit testing and mandatory Infection Prevention & Control modules for respiratory protection in My Health Learning within last 12 months or ability to do so within the onboarding period.
4. Demonstrates effective written and verbal skills in communicating to a multidisciplinary workforce and providing constructive feedback to Health Care Workers..
5. Demonstrated transferable computer literacy in relevant computer applications and systems to support effective use of Stafflink and Microsoft Office Excel and other NSW Health IT systems as required.
6. Demonstrated effective time management, organising and prioritising skills.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control principles and application to respiratory protection or ability to be trained to the required level, during on boarding period.
8. Current drivers licence and an ability to travel in accordance with the demand of the position, across all NSLHD sites and as an essential/authorised healthcare worker in line with public orders during the pandemic.
