Selection Criteria
- Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, time management and computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve complex situations and manage workload priorities.
- Demonstrated recent and relevant experience in management of complex paediatric clinical and professional situations.
- Advanced relevant clinical knowledge, experience and skills in the management of paediatric feeding and communication clients in a community health and or in-patient setting.
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students.
- Demonstrated experience participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process and evidence based practice.
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and willingness to travel for work purposes.
