Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Relevant management qualifications or working towards same and/or demonstrated experience in leading and managing a large team
- Demonstrated ability to manage departmental budgets and KPI’s
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including word and excel as well as Health Roster experience
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Improvement Programs / Systems
- Able to demonstrate good understanding of Nepean Wardsperson Service
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
