Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Relevant management qualifications or working towards same and/or demonstrated experience in leading and managing a large team
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage departmental budgets and KPI’s
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including word and excel as well as Health Roster experience
  4. Demonstrated experience in Quality Improvement Programs / Systems
  5. Able to demonstrate good understanding of Nepean Wardsperson Service
  6. Great communication skills both verbal and written
  7. Ability to lead and motivate a team
