- Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support to management, experience in leading and coordinating a team, and in providing or coordinating secretariat and event management functions
- Knowledge and significant experience of NSW Health structures, systems and operating environments
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, and demonstrated knowledge of NSW health systems and applications such as TRIM/ERM/Content Manager, Oracle, HealthRoster, Staff link, ROB, Wine, OfficeMax, IIMS + and RISKIT
- Highly developed communication skills, and the ability to write and/or edit high quality written communication in line with NSW government communication guidelines and requirements, and an ability to act as an initial contact for people from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives
- Demonstrated experience and ability in working to deadlines while meeting multiple or competing priorities, with strong organisational, coordination and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new business processes and systems, with a proven ability to anticipate, initiate and develop procedures to improve work practices with an aptitude to use a creative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution
