Selection Criteria

  1. Extensive experience dealing with Executives and or Board in an executive support role, including the preparation of Board and briefing papers, and taking minutes of meetings.

  2. Excellent written communication skills, and the proven ability to provide input, interpret, and evaluate correspondence in order to prepare draft responses for senior executives to review and approve.

  3. Extensive experience in the support and development of staff with the ability to conduct administrative process review and improvement.

  4. Organisational and management skills of a high level with ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility and show initiative.

  5. Proven effective communication, relationship and contemporary management skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  6. High level Microsoft Office applications and information management systems experience.

  7. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NSW public sector, preferably in infrastructure and project management delivery.

  8. Experience in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential issues.
