Essentials of Care (EOC) Program Manager

Current Authority to Practice as a registered nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

Post graduate qualification and recent management experience.

Demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to motivate and inspire nursing staff to achieve service and organisational goals utilising recognised change management strategies.

Ability to contribute to an operational plan for the nursing service and coordinate the process of organisational change.

Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.

Demonstrated excellence in policy development including the ability to utilise data to inform planning, evaluation, financial and performance management.

Demonstrated commitment to best practice, quality improvement and innovation.
