  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications within a health discipline and relevant experience as a nurse/medical officer or allied health professional in a complex and multi-site organisation.
  2. Advanced current clinical experience in the inpatient setting.
  3. Demonstrated experience in effectively leading, developing, negotiating, implementing and sustaining clinical change projects using computer systems.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; including the ability to engage, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  5. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume work area
  6. Advanced experience working with Cerner– eMR including problem solving issues relating to its use in clinical areas. Also experience in using other applications such as Word and Excel, Visio to develop workflow documents and sounds skills using Skype for Business.
  7. Highly developed problem solving, conceptual thinking, analytical and report writing skills, consultative decision making, planning and priority setting.
  8. Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment, including overnight stays as required.
