- Relevant tertiary and/or trade qualifications and/or health industry experience.
- A sound understanding of contemporary maintenance and asset management principles and practices as they relate to complex healthcare buildings and associated engineering infrastructure/systems.
- High level computer literacy, including understanding and use of computerised building and maintenance management systems.
- Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering outcomes in required timeframes.
- Well-developed written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with the project team and NNSWLHD key stakeholders.
- Valid unrestricted drivers license for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
