  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with ability to write reports and present findings, and excellent customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of effective identification, investigation and response to security incidents or weaknesses in the organisation’s security with some experience in assisting with the development of appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in the deployment and management of personal computers, desktops, laptops and other networked end user equipment.
  • Good skills supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite and other common end-user applications.
  • Understanding of internet / intranet and remote access technologies including networking protocols, particularly TCP/IP.
  • Experience in the provision of end user computing support, including PCs, peripheral, printers, video conferencing and nominated audio-visual devices, mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of ticket management systems and understanding of how these systems support workload management and improvements in customer service.
