  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, or equivalent demonstrated and verified experience. Extensive hands-on experience across SCCM, Active Directory, SOE Management, Anti-Virus and Desktop/Mobile Hardware platforms.
  3. Proven experience in Standard Operating Environment (SOE) design, architecture, integration and deployment in a large scale mission-critical environment.
  4. Demonstrated experience in providing data and analysis including reporting on key performance indicators and trends, to senior management and others as needed and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  5. Proven experience in the provision of support in a complex environment, with demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to deal with challenges creatively to achieve business focused outcomes
  6. Proven experience in developing strategic frameworks for managing and improving customer satisfaction and and ICT end-user computing support in a diverse environment.
  7. Well-developed leadership, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders, customers & vendors and customers managing conflicting interests, and influence and achieve optimal business outcomes
