Selection Criteria:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience working with an enterprise-wide electronic medical record system
-
Knowledge and experience working with Cerner applications and other electronic clinical information systems in the hospital setting

Demonstrated experience in software development and support processes i.e. issue investigation and resolution, testing, change control management and version control processes

Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills including prioritisation, time management and the ability to facilitate presentations to large interdisciplinary groups
-
Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude who is self-motivated and who can effectively work with minimal supervision
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal
-
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with only minimal guidance from senior management
-
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to show initiative including a “can do” attitude and a personality that finds ways to work around obstacles.
