eMR Integration Specialist

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent industry experience in programming using Cerner Command Language (CCL).
2. Demonstrated experience in Cerner interface development with extensive knowledge of Open Port, Open Engine, SI Manager.
3. Experience with service-oriented architecture and understanding of API designs, working with RESTful, XML, JSON, SOAP. Experience in ETL of large data sets with data mapping, validation and cleansing techniques.
4. Demonstrated experience in software development and support processes i.e. issue investigation and resolution, testing, change control management and version control processes.
5. Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem solving skills, including understanding of complex code and troubleshooting of technical issues.
6. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and negotiation skills including proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and maintain documentation in both a technical and business context.
7. Demonstrated ability to provide ongoing support, test analysis and testing of clinical application message based (HL7) integrations, in accordance with application and HL7 interface specifications; Working knowledge of Linux and other similar operating systems.
8. Proven ability to function as a self-motivated multi skilled analyst, working collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive proactive attitude, who can effectively work with minimal supervision.
