Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in leading large Health IT project transformational change including application of standard organisational change management principles and methodologies.

Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to give presentations, engage clinicians, negotiate change, and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organisation with proven ability to address change resistance.

Demonstrated active listening, problem solving with strong analytical and decision-making abilities

Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.

Proven team player with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work and lead with and through others.

Demonstrated experience utilising a range of solution design, project management and facilitation approaches and tools to support the successful delivery of each phase of the project lifecycle and minimising organisational resistance

Experience in or knowledge of quality and risk management or clinical redesign.

Experience with or knowledge of clinical information systems and technologies for the health care environment
