- Demonstrated customer services skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries. Ability to building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to influence behaviour and manage client expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Human Resources Information Systems and electronic recruitment and filing systems.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
