Selection Criteria

  1. Certificate in Business Administration or experience working in a similar role. Class 1A security licence under the Security Industry Act, 1997.
  2. Demonstrated high level customer service and interpersonal skills including positive attitude under pressure, ability to build rapport fast and provide service to customer's satisfaction at all times.
  3. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  4. Capacity to work with minimal supervision with a variety of staff and be a team player in high pressure, high volume work environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills, including excellent spelling, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people from diverse backgrounds.
  6. Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements when dealing with personal demographic and medical information.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
