Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health sciences and/or extensive experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist.
- Past Extensive experience working on clinically orientated, electronic Medical Records (eMR) projects in a similar role.
- Experience of designing processes or systems that support the quality use of medicines.
- Experience directing and leading project groups and stakeholder engagement to achieve project goals within defined timeframes.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.
- Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to show initiative including a "can do" attitude and a personality that finds ways to work around obstacles.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with only minimal guidance from management.
