Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification and registration and extensive experience in Health pharmacy environments with extensive knowledge of healthcare workflows including medication management
  2. Experience in developing and implementing electronic medical record content to support clinical workflow specifically the business processes related to electronic medication management
  3. Demonstrated experience in providing eMR application support to clinical stakeholders and an understanding of support methodologies
  4. Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills with the ability to establish priorities effectively to meet competing deadlines
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in engaging clinicians and other key stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated experience with quality improvement initiatives
  7. Proven ability to motivate and work in a team environment to foster collaboration of ideas and continuous improvements to the supporting of the application
  8. Demonstrated experience in the implementation of projects and relevant project methodologies
