Selection Criteria

  1. Tertiary qualification in Learning/Education or a related discipline, and/ or Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment with demonstrated end-user training experience.
  2. Prior clinical experience or a level understanding of clinical work practices in the health care setting.
  3. Excellent communication skills including writing presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
  4. Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
  5. Strong customer focus and quality service orientation appropriate to providing support to end users of information systems.
  6. Prior experience in using an electronic medical record system with an understanding of the eHealth NSW strategy.
  7. Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
