Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Learning/Education or a related discipline, and/ or Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment with demonstrated end-user training experience.
- Prior clinical experience or a level understanding of clinical work practices in the health care setting.
- Excellent communication skills including writing presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong customer focus and quality service orientation appropriate to providing support to end users of information systems.
- Prior experience in using an electronic medical record system with an understanding of the eHealth NSW strategy.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
