Selection Criteria:

Relevant health related qualification and / or extensive previous site experience in Oncology Clinical Trials including high working knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory and ethical requirements in the conduct of clinical trials in Australia.

Demonstrated excellent levels of interpersonal, time-management, organisation, prioritising and communication skills with an ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Proven ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a a dynamic team in a fast paced work environment.

Highly developed skill to implement numerous clinical trial projects through training, education, and mentorship of trial Coordinators, project management of trials and strategic liaison with trial sponsors.

Demonstrated high levels of organisational and time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines without compromising close attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated high level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft (including Excel), Windows based applications, web/ cloud based applications; CTMS, EMRs etc.

Experienced in clinical skills (Vital stat, ECG, etc.), data management skills (eCRF completion, data query resolution, etc.) and other procedures associated with early phase and complex trials (sample processing, cohort allocation, PK collection, etc.)
