- Project management experience delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
- High-level knowledge of inter-relationship between models of care, facility options and departmental operational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing effective change in a health service, including industrial, operational commissioning, communications, risk management.
- Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders and objectivity in decision-making.
- Relevant Tertiary Degree / Qualification and / or extensive experience at a senior management level in delivering health services and leading project teams. Clinical experience desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and /or service development, including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
- Experience and/or knowledge of ‘Clinical Redesign or AIM Methodology’ for change management as recommended by NSW Ministry of Health.
- Well-developed written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the project team, district management and key stakeholders
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
