- Relevant tertiary qualifications and current membership or Associate Membership of a professional accounting body with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management of a large organisation operating in a complex 24 hour environment.
- Demonstrated skill in interpreting policy, monitoring, formulating and evaluating policies, procedures and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines, organise and prioritise high volume workloads.
- High level leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Quality Improvement and Efficiency Improvement projects.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software, particularly MS Excel and other Microsoft Office software, and financial database and reporting systems.
