- Relevant qualification and extensive proven experience in the management of assets, infrastructure, engineering and maintenance services within large, complex organisations.
- Proven success in development and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated success in providing strong leadership at a senior level.
- Demonstrated capability to drive organisational change in service practices whilst improving focus on customer service to achieve required service outcomes.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative provisions and regulations.
