To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management of clinical services including sound knowledge of patient safety and quality frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, risk management and WH&S.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and business planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of key issues relating to Needle and Syringe Programs, Counselling and Court Diversion Programs.
- Experience in managing complex and contentious issues with sound decision making ability.
- Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration with service providers including government and non government stakeholders.
