  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  2. Demonstrated leadership and management of clinical services including sound knowledge of patient safety and quality frameworks.
  3. Demonstrated experience in financial management, risk management and WH&S.
  4. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and business planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.
  6. Sound knowledge of key issues relating to Needle and Syringe Programs, Counselling and Court Diversion Programs.
  7. Experience in managing complex and contentious issues with sound decision making ability.
  8. Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration with service providers including government and non government stakeholders.
