Digital Health Business Analyst

2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a Clinical discipline, Project Management, Information Management/informatics, or Information Communications & Technology and / or experience working on projects in a large and complex health service environment.
3. Extensive experience and a record of achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex health service environment.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare project documentation, analyse, interpret policies, procedures and standards, give presentations and liaise effectively at all levels
5. Exceptional problem solving, analytical and organisational skills including the ability to recommend improvements/alternatives as a result of changed circumstances.
6. Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills particularly in the area of managing multiple tasks/conflicting priorities and multi-disciplinary issues to meet deadlines.
7. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyse client requirements.
8. Detailed understanding and/or experience in the implementation of Microsoft 365 Product Suite
