- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or relevant Diet Aide / Nutrition experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a Diet Aide / Nutrition Assistant in an acute facility.
- Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload and to take direction as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of person-centred care, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team work.
- Availability and capacity to participate in a seven-day rotating roster mornings and afternoons that includes working all days of the week including public holidays
