Deputy Director Workforce and Culture - HR Business Partners

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources management or business; or equivalent extensive experience in a senior human resource management or industrial relations position; or equivalent experience in a senior corporate policy or planning position.
3. Strong leadership and management skills and a successful track record at senior level in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational plans, policies and procedures.
4. Superior oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and mentor managers and staff.
5. Demonstrated experience in synthesising and analysing complex information, producing high quality business reports , discussion papers and proposals that offer solutions for a diverse range of issues.
6. Demonstrated ability in developing, implementing and evaluating strategic and operational plans at an organisational level.
7. Well developed analytical and problem solving skills that enable reporting on complex issues, sound decision making, timely responses and creative solutions.
8. Experience in industrial relations, including experience in negotiations with unions and in the NSW IRC or similar federal tribunals.
