- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant work experience in statistics or health information management.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, including presenting results clearly and effectively to staff and management. Able to negotiate and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders in a multidisciplinary team
- Extensive experience and advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Confident in complex functions in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, joining data sources, and creating graphs.
- Experience in database management and ensuring a high level of data accuracy and integrity
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to successfully manage several tasks and deliver within tight timeframes
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
