1. Give an example of when you have analysed data and used it to communicate complex issues to an audience not familiar with statistics.
• What did you consider?
• How did you know your communication was effective?
2. Official Visitors have a wide range of skills and many are not familiar with technology and data systems. Give an example of a time when you have needed to assist others to learn to use a new data system.
• How did you approach the situation?
• How did you build the skills of people, not familiar with the new data collection system?
