  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards attaining, and/or experience in the acquisition, analysis, interpretation and reporting of complex data to various stakeholder groups.
  2. Demonstrated highly competent computer skills and knowledge and understanding in multiple reporting tools and Business Intelligence solutions as well as have a sound knowledge of complex coding to retrieve data from data warehouses.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary analytics and performance reporting solutions and visualisation skills to address organisational challenges and facilitate performance improvement, with the ability and willingness to develop competence in new data sets and learn new technologies, including online reporting technologies as directed.
  4. Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on facilitating and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
  5. Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and analysis of health care data and the ability to develop relevant quality, user friendly online reports that provide insights to effect change across health care, at both an operational and strategic level.
  6. Demonstrated experience in managing and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data and reporting products and ensuring the development of user friendly reporting products appropriate to stakeholder needs.
  7. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with management and staff within and across teams to achieve organisational outcomes, while working flexibly in a rapidly changing environment.
  8. Hold a current driver’s license to drive in NSW and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, including driving long distances and occasional overnight stays.
