Selection Criteria
- High level competency in the use of the NSW Health web-based Notifiable Conditions Information Management System (NCIMS)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of COVID-19 surveillance
- Demonstrated experience in providing training to staff in the use of infectious diseases data management systems and in data Quality Assurance activities
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, standard databases and desktop applications
- Demonstrated experience in provision of complex data reports on notifiable conditions
- Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to accommodate competing demands in a demanding work environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders by phone, email and in person and to work independently to progress assigned responsibilities within agreed or designated timeframes in a high volume work environment
