  1. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business management or in a relevant discipline
  2. High level of written and verbal communication skills including experience with preparation of agendas, minutes, reports and presentations as well as handling confidential matters
  3. Demonstrated organisational skills including attention to accuracy and quality outputs as well as the ability to plan and prioritise work in order to meet deadlines
  4. Innovative approach to improving the quality and efficiency of corporate service operations
  5. Demonstrated and enthusiastic commitment to working collaboratively as team and experience in promoting a positive workplace culture
  6. Demonstrated computing skills including use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as enthusiasm and capability of learning and applying new skills required for BHI business and corporate systems.
