Converged Communications Manager - Prince of Wales Hospital

Selection Criteria

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in a large complex organisation.
2. Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, management and support voice and data communication as well as network security services, as a Service solutions and distributed support.
3. Proven experience in the understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, risk management, application configuration management and service level management.
4. Recent and relevant experience in Service Management with proven evidence of effectively managing organisational change.
5. Demonstrated management of a technical team, with the ability to motivate, lead and manage the team in a common direction.
6. Demonstrated conceptual and innovative problem solving skills for managing conflicting priorities and developing, implementing and monitoring recommendations and advice on policies, strategies and solutions across complex areas.
7. Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal and written skills and demonstrated ability to consult, influence and negotiate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage human, financial and physical resources effectively and efficiently to ensure budget and performance targets are met.
