Selection Criteria:
- Recognised qualifications in health discipline (social work, nursing, or occupational therapy) together with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for Nurses, and Health Professionals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to lead a team in the provision of effective, evidence based, recovery orientated assessment and treatment services, within a community based context.
- Previous experience in relevant mental health treatment settings.
- Demonstrated commitment to the philosophy and practice of consumer's families and natural supports participating within the treatment process, as appropriate and in accordance with the NSW Mental Health Act 2007.
- Effective problem solving skills and personal resilience.
- Demonstrated, excellent written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills and competence in the use of information technology systems.
- Knowledge of and the demonstrated ability to implement the quality improvement process and involvement in service evaluation and development.
