To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent demonstrated experience and high level skills in facilitating learning processes in a clinical setting.
  2. Experience in the organisation, development, delivery, ongoing support and evaluation of training syllabi to users of clinical systems and coordination of flexible training programs to suit the needs and best learning methods of clinical and administrative staff.
  3. Demonstrated recent experience with using computerised clinical information systems, eg Cerner Millennium (PowerChart) and learning management systems eg My Health Learning.
  4. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare training material and reports, support and engage clinicians, negotiate change and effectively communicate to a wide range of health professionals.
  5. Demonstrated problem solving, planning, time management and organisational skills required to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines whilst working within a team and dealing with multi-disciplinary issues.
  6. Demonstrated high level proficiency with PC applications including MS Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) and ability to gain proficiency quickly with new software applications.
  7. Demonstrated service oriented approach with the ability work independently and in a team as required.
