- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist with a Master’s degree or higher in clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or relevant clinical area in psychology AND Post graduate experience in acute mental health and/or inpatient psychiatric settings. Current NSW driver’s license
- Experience in managing consumers who present with a first episode psychosis
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal including computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated, comprehensive mental health assessment and crisis intervention experience including experience and skills in suicide risk assessment and management
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational interviewing and insight Oriented Psychotherapy
- Demonstrated skills in working with families
