Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
  2. Extensive experience in clinical product management, including strong product knowledge and practical experience working with products and their application within a healthcare environment.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to quality activities and providing a professional and customer focused service with a demonstrated ability to conduct clinical product evaluation and manage quality issues.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing within the public sector, including a detailed knowledge of NSW Government purchasing policies.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Proven experience in financial management of a complex service, with advanced skills and experience in online ordering system such as Oracle and Microsoft Office.
  7. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  8. Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position (drivers licence required).
