Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:

Extensive senior nursing experience and proven leadership skills

Demonstrated relevant experience in senior nursing and /or health management and qualifications in Leadership and Management or willingness to complete

Demonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and manage conflict
-
Demonstrated excellent and effective interpersonal and organisational skills
-
Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical services and manage change
-
Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture, articulate and achieve a vision for Community Nursing services.

Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
-
Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
