- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and experience in initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in providing complex care in the area of mental health nursing and a commitment to patient/consumer focused care.
- Demonstrated skills in computer use and applications such as Windows, word processing and database.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
