Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, Aged Care Services Emergency Team (ASET) - Wollongong Hospital

Selection Criteria:

1. Registration with the NSW Nurse’s Registration Board.
2. Post graduate qualifications in aged care and at least three years clinical experience in the care of the older people in acute setting and/or aged care.
3. Demonstrated advanced skills in the assessment and care management of older people with complex needs which also includes cognitive and behavioural assessment.
4. Demonstrated high level ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing, and proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated competence in the use of electronic information systems.
5. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage own caseload.
6. Computer literacy with reference to data collection, email and word processing skills.
7. Current NSW Class C driver's licence.
