Clinical Nurse Specialist, Grade 2, Aged Care Assessment Team

Selection Criteria:

1. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
2. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures.
3. Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrated ability to actively contribute to the development of clinical practice.
4. Relevant post-registration qualifications in Aged care with at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
5. Demonstrated ability to exercise extended autonomy of decision making capabilities and leadership in the development of nursing specialty clinical practice and Service delivery.
6. Commitment to contribute to own and the teams professional development, to act as a resource person and mentor to others within the specialty.
7. Demonstrated ability to exercise professional knowledge and judgement in providing assessment requirements of in the specialty field.
