Clinical Nurse Educator - Strengthening Mental Health Nursing Safety Culture

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate
3. Demonstrable recent and extensive clinical experience in mental health clinical setting
4. Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and record keeping
5. Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice and contemporary issues in mental health nursing
7. Understanding or experience of health research methods or the quality improvement process
8. Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
